What do these numbers mean?
Idk if this use is standard, but this is how I use it.
In short, from left to right, this is what each number means.
0.7.0. Release number. Pre-Alpha, Alpha, or Beta.
0.7.0. Version number of release. In this case, this site is on its seventh version of pre-alpha.
0.7.0 Minor changes and tweaks/fixes. The reason that it's 0 right now is because I've just now
implemented this third digit.
Here it is in more detail
The leftmost number.
The leftmost number (0.7.0) indicates the the status of alpha, pre-alpha, or beta. At the time of writing, I'm on 0.7.0.
The leftmost 0 indicates Pre-Alpha. If it were 1, it would be Alpha, and if it were 2 it would be Beta.
I'll probably never reach full completion, or "Gold", because this is a long term art project that is designed to grow with me.
The middle number
This indicates the version number of the number to its left. For example, when I created the first Pre-Alpha version of this
site, it was called 0.1.0. The 1 indicates the first version (0.1.0) of pre-alpha (0.1.0). Each time the number goes up one value, it means I've made a
change to the site that I deem big or meaningful. Like this page, for example. When I started writing this page, it was originally 0.6.0.
But, as this page neared completion, I realized that this page is a big change to the site, and so I went back and changed everywhere where
it says 0.6.0 to 0.7.0.
The rightmost number
This number (0.7.0) is reserved for minor changes and tweaks/fixes to the site.

Pre-Alpha? Alpha?
The way I use the terms Pre-Alpha and Alpha and stuff is based on what I found when I looked up on Wikipedia how those
terms are used.
Pre-Alpha seems to be a very loose, very early version of whatever is being developed. Things are still
very much being worked on, and the thing being developed is very very far from matching its intended vision.
This site is in Pre-Alpha because it's still very new and very early, and doesn't nearly have the
appearance or features I want it to.
Alpha seems to be a lot closer to the intended vision, but still requires a lot of work. Like Pre-Alpha, software that's
in Alpha is generally being tested by the developers, and not yet released to outside individuals for testing, since most
of the bugs/things that they need to change, fix, or add are obvious to them.
Beta is the version that's released for limited testing by beta testers; people unaffiliated with the developers that test
their product.
Past this point, I don't know. There are quite a few terms, like Gamma or Delta, and the full release version seems to be
called Gold. But as far as this site is concerned, I'm pretty sure it will never get past Beta, because from what I can tell,
if it gets past Beta, that implies it has some level of completion, and I doubt I'll ever be able to say that this site is
complete. My vision for this site is for it to grow and change as I grow and change, not only in my skills, but as a person.
